Bates Technology Groupwas established in 1988 and has always been involved in the customer service industry, over the past 23 years we have established excellent relationships with customers throughout South Africa. Bates Technology Group is the sole importer of ZOOMLION truck mounted cranes into South Africa. Our other interests are in the office automation industry where we supply technical support to our customer base plus this experience led to the establishment of the hand held lifting division which supplies mechanical and motorised solutions for moving heavy objects.
